We are looking for a suitable volunteer to help us restart our Parent & Toddler Group.

We are seeking a warm, organised, and enthusiastic individual to lead our church’s Parent & Toddler Group. This is a valued role at the heart of our church community, offering support, friendship, and a welcoming space for parents, carers, and young children. 

You would be responsible for planning and leading weekly sessions, creating a safe and engaging environment where children can play and develop, and adults can connect and feel supported. 

The role would includes organising activities such as play, crafts, singing, and refreshments, as well as coordinating a small team of volunteers. 

We are looking for someone who is approachable, reliable, and passionate about working with families. You should have previous experience of running or supporting a mother and toddler group, with a good understanding of the needs of young children and their carers. 

As this is a ministry role within the life of the church, the postholder should be a practising Christian, in good standing with their own church, and supportive of the values and mission of our congregation. 

A commitment to safeguarding is essential, and the role would be subject to appropriate checks.
